Use the Main Server when you're going to update your system. My current software source still doesn't have the necessary updates for this vulnerabilities, thus I reverted to the Main Server.
To change the software sources, follow this steps:
1. Click on System
2. Choose Administration > Software Sources
3. Click on the Download From, then choose Main Server

You should now be able to update your system.
If you have VirtualBox installed, it will not load. You must run the following command to make it work again.
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
